Description
Single-plasmid standards for quantification of the PML-RARa bcr3 and ABL transcripts.
The quantified REALQUALITY RQ-PML-RARa bcr3 STANDARD must be used in combination with REALQUALITY RQ-PML-RARa bcr3 One-Step kit.
The standard is composed by a double-stranded circular DNA containing 2 specific cDNA fragments for the PML-RARa bcr3 and ABL targets, and is not harmful to the user.
REALQUALITY RQ-PML-RARa bcr3 STANDARD has been calibrated, verifying the ABL target, using ERM-AD623 (IRMM), a certified reference material of known titer.
